Health check
INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNDERGOING HEALTH CHECK
Please Report at Doctors Diagnostic Centre, No 83 NK Complex, Kamanahalli Main Road, Bangalore-84 at 7.00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
Please come empty stomach for the health check, have 2 to 3 glasses of plain water only.
Do not take Cigarettes, Tobacco or any other fluids besides water (No Milk, tea, coffee etc) in the morning.
Bring fasting sample of urine or can be given at the Centre (Sterilized containers for samples on request at the DDC Counter).
Inform the Lab, if you are diabetic or cardiac patient.
Very Important Instructions for Females:-
- Pregnant Ladies or if suspecting pregnancy please do not get any X- Ray done.
- Preferably go for Health Check up after Menstrual Period is over.
- In case of any doubt please contact the doctor before check.
For any other test or investigation, which is not mentioned in the package would be charged separately.
